Exact-model comparison

WeCreat Vision Pro vs xTool P2S

Vision Pro and P2S can both serve enclosed wood and personalization workflows, but their 45 W blue-diode and 55 W CO₂ processes diverge on clear acrylic, cooling, footprint and long-stock controls.

Sources and limitations shownVerified: Sep 3, 2026

Best for

  • Wood and acrylic product businesses
  • Enclosed desktop buyers
  • Shops comparing diode and CO₂ installed cost

Watch for

  • Vision Pro is 45 W—not a 60 W laser
  • P2S exists in Class 1 and Class 4 SKUs
  • Neither base package should be assumed to include a purifier

What Vision Pro does better

Vision Pro is smaller and lighter at 680 × 530 × 253 mm closed and 21 kg, versus P2S at 1,000 × 639 × 268 mm and 45 kg. Its automatic lift supports taller-object handling inside the documented envelope, and its blue-diode architecture does not require a CO₂ water loop.

The US Basic Pack was $1,940 on 3 Sep 2026—$1,059 below the P2S standalone price. The full-metal system carries a manufacturer Class 1 statement, and optional conveyor, rotary and 2 W infrared configurations can serve qualified long-stock, cylindrical or light-duty marking jobs.

What xTool P2S does better

P2S's 55 W CO₂ source is the stronger research path for verified all-color PMMA, including clear acrylic, and for broader CO₂ cutting work. Its 600 × 305 mm active area is wider than Vision Pro's 500 × 320 mm area, and the documented dual-camera system provides panoramic and close-range views.

P2S includes a built-in 145 CFM exhaust fan, dual-cylinder air pump and liquid-cooling loop. Those are workflow capabilities, not evidence that outdoor discharge, filtration, coolant setup or maintenance can be skipped.

Limitations of Vision Pro

Vision Pro's blue diode does not make it a clear-acrylic cutter. Its optional infrared module is a separate 2 W source and does not turn the machine into a production fiber marker. Current WeCreat pages also contain conflicting power, spot-size and one-pass-thickness claims; this comparison excludes those disputed figures.

Air assist is included, but a suitable extractor is not part of the Basic Pack. LightBurn requires the stated version and license, uses direct USB, and has different camera requirements from MakeIt.

Limitations of P2S

P2S requires the exact purified-water and antifreeze preparation documented for the operating climate. Its tube, mirrors, lens, airflow components and debris path create maintenance work that should be priced rather than hidden.

Verify whether the exact SKU is Class 1 or Class 4. Conveyor operation is available only on the Class 4 configuration because the Class 1 machine cannot process with its baseplate removed. In LightBurn, the cameras and autofocus do not function.

Who should choose each—or neither

Choose Vision Pro for identified wood, leather, paper and dark opaque acrylic products when its smaller site demand and lower current entry price matter. Choose P2S when clear acrylic, a wider active area and the CO₂ process justify the extra price, weight, coolant and optics workflow.

Choose neither for production deep-metal engraving or cutting, unknown plastics/coatings, inadequate extraction, or any plan that depends on defeating protection. Research fiber or MOPA for direct metal marking.

The 3 Sep 2026 prices are US machine-level snapshots. Normalize required purifier, rotary, conveyor, coolant, shipping, tax and workspace work before comparing total cost.
