Where UV fits

Choose UV when fine marking on a documented heat-sensitive material is the core job and the small work area and higher installed cost are acceptable.

Process fit is only the first gate. The exact model still needs documented material coverage, sufficient usable area and a credible installation path.

Questions to resolve before a quote

Ask for the exact model and regional SKU, normal-use system classification, included enclosure/interlocks, current manual, electrical input, exhaust or filtration requirements, warranty region and a line-item bundle list.

For material claims, record cut, engrave, mark and coating removal separately. Do not convert a maximum speed or a best-case single-pass claim into expected shop throughput.
